About the Trainers
Andrea Batten is an alumnus of Michigan State University where she received her B.A. in Hospitality Business and a minor in Spanish. Since joining Waltonwood Royal Oak, she loves giving personalized tours of the community and creating special moments for the residents and their families. She is passionate about finding your loved one the right fit and showing you what life at Waltonwood Royal Oak could be.
Tracy Wick is a 25 year veteran real estate broker and accredited Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) who smooths her clients’ transition to senior communities. Her signature program, Seamlessly Sold, is proven to help homeowners and their families with every aspect of the process from Start to Sold including: Assessment, Contractor Management, Staging and Sales. Tracy is a Certified Home Stager (RESA), has advanced training in Estate Settlement Fundamentals (ICLE), and graduated with a Master’s in Urban Planning as the Norbert Gorwic Scholar from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. With her assistant and tight-knit team of home improvers, she works tirelessly to elevate market value and deliver a seamless experience for every client.
